BeautéGo is a digital platform connecting Clients with independent beauty professionals (Professionals / Pro Users) providing on‑site beauty services.

2. Purpose of the Platform

BeautéGo acts solely as a technical and commercial intermediary.

The Platform allows Clients to:

• search for beauty services;

• book on-site services;

• pay securely via the Platform.

BeautéGo does not provide beauty services itself and is not a party to the service contract concluded between the Client and the Professional.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, Clients accept these Terms without reservation.

Clients confirm that they:

• are at least 18 years old;

• have legal capacity to contract.

4. Client Account

Creating an account allows Clients to:

• manage bookings;

• communicate with Professionals via the Platform;

• make payments.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

5. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made through the Platform.

• Payments are processed exclusively via BeautéGo.

• Direct payments to Professionals are prohibited.

The service contract is formed directly between the Client and the Professional.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation conditions are displayed at the time of booking.

Late cancellation or no-show may result in charges in accordance with the applicable policy.

 

7. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• provide accurate booking information;

• respect Professionals;

• ensure suitable conditions for on-site services.

 

8. Liability

BeautéGo cannot be held liable for:

• the performance or quality of services;

• disputes between Clients and Professionals.

Professionals remain solely responsible for services provided.

 

9. Personal Data

Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR (RGPD).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.
